Elephant Rider

The striking masked elephant rider is an exciting artwork by Alex Sibanda. The rider series has become a renowned Ardmore collection and each individual artwork is filled with creativity. This rider wears his mask and perches his pangolin friend atop his arm. 

Jabu Nene has added vibrant design and colour to the elephants flanks. These designs are a fusion of Zulu patterning and floral inspired design and perfectly offset the vibrant blue of the water that the elephant douses himself with.
