Product description

Artist Somandla Ntshalintshali has, on a thrown form, skillfully sculpted, juxtaposed Kudu heads emerging from the urns body. The Kudu's horns spiral skywards finally meeting at the urns top, with floral motifs embellished at their center. Ayanda Mseleku showcased his painterly skills using fine brush strokes on the Kudu creating the coat over sponged hues. The floral motifs remind us of autumn in their rustic browns and burnt orange tones. The intricate details on the base and lid solidify the lyrical forms displayed on this spectacular piece.
