We’re delighted to welcome Lisa Hywood from the Tikki Hywood Foundation in Zimbabwe as guest speaker at our upcoming event at Uitsig. Lisa will be giving a talk at 11am on Saturday 28th October 2023 and Sunday 29th October 2023 and highlighting the amazing work that the Foundation is doing to protect and preserve pangolins and other wildlife.
Lisa is a true wildlife warrior, and in the pangolin, she’s found a creature that is armoured but still needs our protection. Pangolins are the world’s most trafficked mammal, but the Tikki Hywood Foundation is working fearlessly to deter and prosecute poachers and the unscrupulous illegal wildlife traders who enable them.
