How does Ardmore handle taxes for international orders?

For orders shipping outside of South Africa, please be aware that our prices do not include local import duties or taxes, which vary from country to country. These additional costs, if applicable, will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may be charged at the time of delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Upon receipt of your order, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.

Following dispatch, delivery times will vary depending on your location. You will be provided with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress from our hands to yours.

For South African orders you can expect delivery within 7-10 working days.

For international orders you can expect delivery within 10-14 working days. Please budget additional time in the case of your home country's customs delaying the delivery.
