What You’ll Do:

✨ Develop and execute Ardmore’s global marketing and brand strategy
✨ Drive online sales through e-commerce, SEO, paid media, and web optimisation
✨ Lead market-specific campaigns to grow Ardmore’s presence in the USA
✨ Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and in-house teams for maximum ROI
✨ Oversee PR, exhibitions, and global event marketing
✨ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels
✨ Analyse performance data to guide marketing decisions and report to leadership

Who You Are:

✔ A senior marketing leader with 7+ years’ experience
✔ Skilled in digital marketing, e-commerce, and international market development
✔ Strategic and commercially driven, with a luxury brand mindset
✔ Experienced in managing teams, agencies, and budgets
✔ A strong communicator with excellent project management skills
✔ Passionate about African creativity and design
✔ Willing to travel locally and internationally when required
