How Wallpaper Orders Work

Our ordering process for Ardmore x Cole & Sons wallpaper is as follows:

Orders will be captured manually, either through our website or by contacting us directly.Once the order is placed, we will charge a 50% deposit to begin production.

The production process will take approximately 4-6 weeks for the wallpaper to be created and get it ready for dispatch.

Transit time will vary depending on the customer's location, but customers can expect it to take 7-10 days after the wallpaper is ready for dispatch.

We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package and know when to expect delivery.

The remaining 50% balance of the order will be charged before the wallpaper is dispatched.

Please note that any custom order or special requests may require additional time for production and delivery.

Care Instructions

Our non-woven wallpapers are sponge wipeable with a soft damp cloth and no agent or detergent. We do not recommend attempting to wipe our silk, grasscloth or flock wallpapers.

Tax Policy

At Ardmore, all our prices for South African orders include taxes, ensuring a transparent shopping experience with no hidden costs.

For international orders, however, please note that prices do not include local import duties or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be charged at the time of delivery.
